Return or exchange an item:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund on receipt of the goods, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if you prefer. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Faulty or wrong item:
Although all items are checked thoroughly before despatch, if the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please contact us quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
Distance selling regulations:
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Hudson and Hudson, for a full refund. If the goods have already been despatched to you and you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned to the above address, in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt and our standard policies will apply The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
Gift Vouchers:
If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
PLEASE NOTE: When trying on items of clothing, ensure that you are not wearing perfume or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Some garments are despatched with stickers on the item, if these stickers are removed, the garment will not be accepted back for return/refund. Any queries please contact us.

Deliveries within the UK:
First Class recorded delivery - cost £3.75 - approximately 1 to 2 working days.*
Delivery may take longer than 1 to 2 days to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands.
Deliveries to EUROPE:
International to be signed for - cost £6.50 - approximately 4-8 working days.*
Deliveries to USA & CANADA
International to be signed for - cost £8.50 - approximately 4-8 working days.*
Deliveries to AUSTRALIA, JAPAN and NEW ZEALAND
International to be signed for - cost £8.50 - approximately 8-14 working days.*
The goods need to be signed for, please ensure that there is someone available at the delivery address to sign for the goods. Please note that the option is given to have the goods delivered to an alternative address such as a persons work.

Important Information:
If goods are returned, the carriage charge is non-refundable.
Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary in each country.
After an order is placed an email is sent to the customer to confirm the expected delivery date of the goods, if the item is temporarily out of stock the email will give the option for the customer to wait for the item to come back into stock, or to be fully refunded that day. All goods will be shipped the same day (Mon-Sat) if the order is made before 4pm GMT. On a Sunday, or Bank Holiday, all goods will be shipped on the next working day.
